Patients who are looking to achieve a rejuvenating lifting effect without invasive surgery can often benefit from Radiesse. This filler can be used as an effective liquid facelift to fill in lines and wrinkles and add volume to aging areas for a more rejuvenated appearance.

Radiesse is skillfully administered into the problem ara with a small needle. This filler actively rebuilds your skin’s foundation, stimulating your own natural collagen production for long-lasting results. There is virtually no downtime required, which makes this a great option for those with a busy schedule. Most patients require a series of 1 and 3 treatment sessions for optimal results.

Skin Tag Removal

Skin tags are soft, noncancerous growths that usually grow within the skin folds on the neck, breasts, armpits, and groin area. They are very common but can be painful when snagged on jewelry or clothing. If you are bothered by skin tags, we can professionally remove them.

Surgical skin tag removal is an outpatient procedure. To begin, a numbing local anesthetic will be applied and the skin tag removed. There are a number of removal techniques, including:

  • Cauterization: Heat is used to remove the skin tag.
  • Cryosurgery: Liquid nitrogen is used to freeze off a skin growth.
  • Electrocautery: A special electric current is used to burn away the skin tag.
  • Ligation: This involves cutting off the blood flow of the skin tag with a surgical thread.
  • Surgery: The skin tag is snipped off with surgical scissors.

Mole Removal

Moles often appear during your childhood or teen years and can range from your natural skin tone to pink, brown, or black. While most moles are harmless, Dr. Bilbruck may recommend the removal of a mole if it looks suspicious or if you are self-conscious of the look of a mole. There is a selection of different techniques to remove a mole, including:

  • Surgical excision: A scalpel is used to separate the mole from the rest of the skin. Depending on the type of mole, a margin of healthy skin may also be taken to ensure that any atypical cells are removed.
  • Shave excision: A razor is used to carefully shave the mole off to the level of the skin around it. The area around the mole may also be slightly cauterized to improve the appearance of a scar after healing.
